The river stretches over 25kms from the blue waters of the river mouth to the spectacular beauty of the rainforest. Our cruises take you thru the magic of the wetland Islands, up into the Coolum Creek ecosystem where 44% of all Australia’s bird life is found here, from Kingfishers to Kites to Australia’s largest eagle the wedge tail. Whilst in Coolum Creek (declared fish habitat) we shut down all engines and drift, here the symphony of bird sounds takes you away from the everyday into an untouched paradise.
This locally owned family run business has over 20 years experience in tourism, our commentary is fun, informative and educational and our passion is bring you the best tour each and every day. We offer two cruises Nature and Ecosystem both with a delicious morning tea and our ecosystem cruise a sensational BBQ lunch and fully licensed bar.
